How To Get Out of Overwhelm

In my very first YouTube LIVE (4th March 2019) I shared how I tend to batch videos rather than record ‘real time’ every week, recording several on one or two days per month, and how by doing that the pressure of having produce fresh ideas and content constantly has been relieved.
